Blossoming My Soul
Part IV of Linda's four-part series on becoming
Before this week’s digest begins we at New Moon Sisters Inc. wish each of you a wonderful Mother’s Day. Join us this week for Part IV of Linda’s story and her final offering for this series. In this week’s edition Linda shares her tools she uses to maintain her balance and equilibrium as well as her relationship with the Divine in all its many forms.
I am always grateful for an opportunity to share my life story. My intention in offering my story is to show possibility, as well as see that love is possible even within life challenges. Through the sharing of my life story, may you be blessed in some small way, including the encouragement in your life journey to choose to love yourself and others. I believe that the essence of Love is the essential key to life. My experience has been that when you love yourself and love the journey, you will find compassion, peace, happiness, joy, and a deepening experience of love.
Over time I have developed what I refer to as tools for living this deeply spiritual life in which I dance with the divine. My tools resonate with me and, I embrace them as a way of living, your tools may be different. The key is the development of life affirming tools that support you. Follow your heart when it comes to the tools that will fuel your soul. Go through the doors that naturally open for you when you ask the Divine for help and support. Then say ‘yes!’ to being connected and supported. Allow yourself to be guided back to yourself.
I begin this list starting with my morning rituals, these rituals are stated with passion and purpose. It only takes minutes to bask in love and fuel your soul with love.
Tool A:
· I step outside and say hello to Gaia: “Good morning, thank you for your nourishment, love, and healing abilities. I love you; I honor you, and I respect you, Gaia. Fill me up with your love and light for this day.”
· I turn left and say may all that I gaze upon be blessed. I turn to the right and say may all that I gaze upon be blessed. I turn to the center, and repeat may all that I gaze upon be blessed. I bow my head and say Namaste!
Tool B:
· I begin with rituals I learned from the teachings of various authors. I begin with a technique I refer to as shielding you can learn how to shield yourself and loved ones at risingphoenixaurora.com. I shield myself and my loved ones daily.
· I also work with the 13 keys which are sacred teachings referenced at the website above.
· I pray daily including the “Prayers of Flames” found in the book, The Seven Sacred Flames. There are teachings for each day of the week.
· I also use and work with the Oracle cards of Collette Baron Reid.
· I light incense and a candle during morning ritual, and I use Frankincense essential oil. On certain days, I write and pull Oracle cards for the
Collective. I post the collective readings on either my web-site or my Substack, both linked below.
Other tools or prayers I have learned or developed that I include when needed are the following:
I pray for my children and grandchildren. The first time I developed and prayed this prayer was back when my oldest daughter was sixteen and was traveling into New York City from our home in Long Island to go dancing.
I lay in bed and called on Blessed Mother Mary and prayed for her to please watch over my children as the mother of all mothers and keep them safe. To this day, I continue to pray to Mother Mary for my children, and now my grandchildren.
I have come to feel this protection for them now, and it minimizes my worry because I know Mother Mary is watching.
Because of my developed deep connection to Mother Mary, I am aware that I AM of Maddelyn Consciousness. This consciousness is an essence of self, a belief that one gravitates to and experiences through prayer, an open heart and mind, the rose, and an acceptance of Mother Mary.
For my physical health, approximately twenty-five years ago, I chose to become a vegetarian and at times a vegan. About ten years after that, I began my juicing/smoothie routine that I follow still today. I eat organic, whole foods, and plant-based meals, and I enjoy a smoothie in the afternoon daily. This has not kept me from eating out, and I do occasionally eat fish. I also only eat when I am hungry. For me healthy food and eating is a tool for well-being.
I have embraced my truth I do not know what toxins may be in food. So, in blessing food, I feel safe. I consider my prayers over the food I purchase or consume to be a tool.
A simple prayer: Thank you, God, for this food. I bless and send the dove of love, light, healing, unity, resurrection flame, violet flame, and illumination flame to demagnetize the toxins within and fill it with the divine source of love and light for myself and for others on planet Earth.
Other tools or prayers that are a part of my daily life:
Before I leave in my car or leave with someone else in their car I pray this prayer:
Spirit, activate the driving prayer for all who are driving to get to their destination safely and return safely home as I will. I say where I am going and recite, I bless and send the dove of light, love, healing, peace, unity, resurrection flame, and illumination flame, to all the drivers of the world to get to their destination safely, as I will return home safely. When I am in a car as a passenger I also pray: May all that I gaze upon be blessed while looking out the window.
I have discovered we are very powerful spiritual beings, collectively I believe we have only barely begun to explore this power. I believe it serves humanity for us to hold space for each other. I use a technique now referred to as the Ho’oponopono prayer.
This technique evolved from Hawaiian core cultural values. This shortened technique was made popular by a student, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, of Hawaiian teacher Morrnah Simeona who adapted the cultural Ho’oponopono into a modern, personal practice.
Here is the prayer. State the following statements in the order listed while holding either the person or situation in your heart.
· I love you.
· I’m sorry.
· Please forgive me.
· Thank you.
This prayer has been a mantra in my head all day and all night sometimes. It is a very good prayer when someone is not on the same level of consciousness as you are. Just recite it in your head while they are talking.
Here I AM! It brings a smile to me how much enjoyment my life has brought through living spiritual principles; I have enjoyed my life as I share it on paper with you today. In this four-part series I have spoken about answering my spiritual call, and how doing so has brought me so much amazement while expanding what I thought was possible.
Now, I am purposely living in this manner. My children believe I live in a bubble that surrounds me. My husband believes I live in another dimension. LOL! They are both right!
I read, I write, I love my life. This June, I will begin my 75th year, and I look forward to what Spirit has in store for me through the choices I embrace daily.
· Is it easy? Is it a commitment? How do I stay on course?
· For me, these choices are a way of life now, not a commitment.
· I embrace my daily routine connected to Source Energy and all that I have accepted as my passion and purpose; I feel blessed.
· With my rituals: Meditation, Prayers, and Journaling, I stay on course.
The journey of my existence unfolded because I asked for more spiritual connection. I needed more connections. I asked and I received! That is the power of connecting emotionally to Source Energy. The power of our thoughts, words, and actions raises our vibration throughout the day as a way of life.
Anyone can develop a spiritual life, with time and effort. Dancing with the divine has made my life so fulfilling. I needed connection and I ached inside at times from feeling surrounded by those who did not understand my soul. So, I went on a journey to enlighten and understand myself more and through that developed a relationship with a world I could live in as a spiritual and soul aligned human being.
